Impact and Policy Research Institute (IMPRI) is a Government of India (GoI) recognized Startup (DIPP23738) Think Tank, incubated by the IC2 Institute (University of Texas, Austin, USA) and supported by the US Government. It was incorporated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GoI under the Companies Act 2013 on May 4, 2018.
IMPRI specializes in policy research, impact assessment, and monitoring and evaluation. Our subject verticals are in comprehensive areas of economic development, governance, and the environment. Our core strength relies on the network of diverse and credible research professionals from different fields of study and practices with a commitment to provide cost-effective and high-quality analysis.
At IMPRI, we engage in evidence-based policy research, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment and specialize in qualitative and quantitative analysis of issues of socio-economic, political and environmental importance. IMPRI seeks to confront the most critical challenges of regional and international development like education; affordable housing; basic amenities; water and sanitation; mobility; food, nutrition and energy security; gender justice; governance; foreign policy and; inclusive and sustainable development. It does so by strengthening analytical frameworks for actionable solutions through three types of activities:

- Catalyzing Transparent and Accountable Governance: IMPRI collaborates with the government, academic and research institutions, NGOs, businesses and the civil society for research and advocacy for transparent and accountable governance.
